Team Building Workshops

Learning to pick locks in a team environment is fertile ground for contagious enthusiasm. Getting hands-on with a shared problem is a communication multiplier. Our learn-flow has each participant building their own practice lock, but the knowledge of lock picking theory and practice is built as a team. 

Each participant starts with a standard front door lock and builds a practice lock that belongs to them along with all of the tools and materials needed to continue the hobby at home. As we learn lock picking skills over these two hours we are exploring not just the hacker mindset, but how powerful a team can be while unified in that mode of thinking.
